Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is Asia’s first automotive-inspired freehold landmark in Thonglor, featuring a hyper-exclusive inventory of just 22 Sky Villas. Developed by Ananda and Porsche Design, the 21-story tower is defined by "The Loop"—a central spiral ramp allowing owners to drive directly into their "Passion Spaces" (private in-unit garages ranging from 100 to 317 sqm). Starting at ฿525,000,000 (~$15M), the 525–1,135 sqm residences feature 6.5-meter double-volume ceilings and "Kinetic Move" terrace doors. This "Utility Luxury" masterpiece integrates high-value car collections into the primary living environment, offering a high-security sanctuary and premier capital-preservation asset for global elite collectors.
